Refund policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds should you wish to cancel your order, or if you are unhappy with the book, package, or design. Please ensure that you are satisfied with the book and wait time before placing your pre-order.

All books are inspected before shipment. If you believe your book has a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@thebookcove.com and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.

For damages that occur during shipping, please see our Damaged Shipments policy below.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at help@thebookcove.com so we can raise the issue with the shipping company. All shipments are fully insured.

  • Lost Shipments: If more than 30 days have passed without delivery and there are no tracking updates, contact us for investigation. Please note: we cannot investigate losses due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
